Amazed by the fast same day service from the Swift team. The problem was fixed quickly and the team provided good insight that allowed us to also discover that the PUD’s pressure reduction valve had failed which we were able to have fixed too. Recently had them do about an hour's worth or work that included installing a new faucet, reconnecting garbage disposal, and fixing a dripping PEX line connected to our water tank with about three feet of PEX. Work took them about an hour and the bill was over $1200! Even if they're billing out at $250 per hour, with the trip fee, this is double what it should have been. Not sure I'll be using them again due to their high cost.

The service was thorough, performed professionally and courteously. As for quality, I have yet to judge the long run. For now, the quality seems good. Rate: plumbing work is always pricey and more than one wishes to pay. However it’s a relief when all’s done and everything works! Lloyd explained the process and showed me what he was replacing. His explanation was helpful and gave me confidence in his skills and overall performance.

Our garbage disposal stopped working on a Saturday. I pulled out a small measuring spoon and a wire. But it wouldn't start and there was a leak under the sink. I called on Swift on Sunday hoping they could come on Monday. At 8:15 am Monday they called and said someone would call. By about 9:30 Lloyd was here and set to work. He found a couple more little spoons ground into the disposal. He was friendly, explained what he would do, the costs, and then did it quickly. He also fixed a couple of slow moving drains while he was here. He even asked, very diplomatically, if I was over 65, and subtracted 10% from the total.
